Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the registration fee for the Being Drug Free ® Poster Design Challenge, collected by Being Drug Free ® (a sole proprietorship owned by Vijay Karthik Acharya) through drugfree.earth.

1. Registration fee

The registration fee (₹99 individual, ₹499 group of up to 6) confirms your participation slot in the Challenge. As it secures your entry and covers the cost of running the Challenge, it is non refundable once paid, except in the situations below.

2. If we cancel

If we cancel the Challenge or an activity you have paid for, and it is not rescheduled, we will refund your registration fee in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of the cancellation.

3. Duplicate or failed payments

If you are charged more than once for the same registration, or money is deducted but your registration is not confirmed, write to us and we will verify and refund the extra amount, normally within 7 to 10 working days.

4. Donations

Voluntary donations to the cause, received separately by the Vijay Karthik Acharya Foundation, are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email contact@drugfree.earth from the address used at registration, with your name and payment reference. We will respond within 3 working days.
